Thanks for the report! The issue you're encountering with the data.yml is addressed in the Craftable 4.6.6 update. The regeneration works but can sometimes break the data.yml file.
Could you share the console warnings or any relevant error messages you are seeing? This will help us to pinpoint the issue, especially if it's related to specific recipe.
Also, please try to copy-and-paste the data.yml file that is available on Craftable GitHub page. And if that does not work then please try to re-install the plugin. This can help ensure that any leftover old settings or files are fully cleared out.
