All issue reports should now be posted here (or GitHub if you prefer). To help us help you faster, please follow the guidelines below when creating an issue topic.
âšī¸ Issue Statuses
- Issue will be stickied by support for admins to review (if needed).
- In progress means that we're already working on a fix or we have additional questions.
- Solved. issue has been fixed and released.
- Archived. Issue has been solved and inactive for 30 days. Archived issue is locked. If you wish to open same issue then please open a support ticked on Discord.

What To Post Here
- đ Bugs or malfunction.
- â ī¸ Errors in logs or console.
- âī¸ Unexpected behaviour in gameplay or setup.
- đ Compatibility issues with Minecraft versions or other plugins.
- đ Issues with plugin default configuration.
â What Not To Post Here
- General help or how-to questions. These belong to Support tag.
- Private or license-related issues. Use Client Support or BuiltByBit direct message option.
- Feature requests. Post in Suggestions.
- Server specific issues not caused by our resources.
âī¸ How To Write A Good Issue Report
- Use a clear, specific title.
- Add important information like:
Resource Name: (e.g., CompassHunt, Craftable, Survival Setup)
Platform: Spigot / BuiltByBit / GitHub
Minecraft Version: (e.g., 1.20.4)
Plugin Version: (exact plugin version, if applicable)
Issue Description:
What exactly is going wrong?
Console Error (if any):
Paste your full error (use [spoiler] or pastebin if long)
Additional Notes:
Anything else we should know?
- If possible, add project tag.
If you are not sure wheter something is a bug or a support question - go ahead and post here. We'll move it if needed.
